Occupation 101 – Israel Vs Palestine Conflict Documentary
Occupation 101: Voice of the Silenced Majority is a 2006 Award-winning documentary film on the root causes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The film depicts life in occupied Palestine under Israeli military occupation.
Synopsis: A thought-provoking and powerful documentary film on the current and historical root causes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Unlike any other film ever produced on the conflict — ‘Occupation 101’ presents a comprehensive analysis of the facts and hidden truths surrounding the never ending controversy and dispels many of its long-perceived myths and misconceptions.
The film focuses on the effects of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and discusses events from the rise of Zionism to the Second Intifada and Israel’s unilateral disengagement plan, presenting its perspective through dozens of interviews, questioning the nature of Israeli-American relations — in particular, the Israeli military occupation of the West Bank and Gaza, and the ethics of US monetary involvement.
Occupation 101 includes interviews with mostly American and Israeli scholars, religious leaders, humanitarian workers, and NGO representatives — more than half of whom are Jewish — who are critical of the injustices and human rights abuses stemming from Israeli policy in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza.

This world wide appeal of Palestians for sympathy is only a recent development…… Previously the Palestinians and the rest of the Arab world were the agressors towards Israel which was evident by the many terrorist acts committed by Muslims on Israeli soil. Only since America invaded Iraq and Afghanistan and also since the Arab world have come to suspect Israel of possessing nuclear weapons have the Arabs tried a more passive approach through under handed politics and false reporting in the media. The latter is blatantly obvious in documentaries such as ‘pally wood’ which is freely available on YouTube. Arab lies and deceit predate the quran which claims that Jews are inherently deceitful. The quran is just an Arab instigated response to a world wide accepted fact that the most untruthful people on the planet , the ones whose very souls gravitate towards lies and deceit ,who even believe that it is not sinful to lie to a non-Muslim ….. takkiya …..would think that their side of the Palestinian story is not tainted with centuries of invented stories…….
