About Surah : Surah Ya-Sin is Known as the Heart of the Qur’an.
below are the few benefits and virtues of learning and reading this beautiful Surah.
The Benefits and Virtues of Surah Ya-Sin ::
1. The Prophet (
) said, ‘Surely everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. I would love that it be in the heart of every person of my people’
[Bazzar]. (S.Muhammad Ali Sabuni, Tafsir-al-Sabuni Vol.2)
2. The Prophet () said, ‘Whoever recites Yasin once Allah will record the reward of reciting the Qur’an ten times.‘
[Maqal, Tirmidhi 2812/A & Dhahabi]
3. It has been reported by Aisha (radiAllahu anha) that the Prophet () said that there is a surah in the Qur’an that intercedes for its reciter and forgive its listener. Know! It is Surah Yasin. It is called ‘Mu’amma’ in the Torah.
It was enquired, what is Mu’amma? The Prophet () said, ‘it embraces the person with the goodness of this world and removes the dismay of the Hereafter’
[Hashiya of Tafsir Jalalalayn , pg 368].
4. On the authority of Ma’qil ibn Yasar from the Prophet () said, ‘Recite Yasin on your deceased’
[Abu Dawud, Nasa’I,Ibn Maja]
[Imam Nawawi, Al-Tibyan li-Hamalati’l-Qur’an pg 168].
5. The Prophet () said, ‘Whoever recited Surah Yasin in the night seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah would forgive him’
[Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3283/A, Abu Yala, Tabarani, Baihaqi & Ibn Mardawaih]

This sura is really the Heart of the Glorious Quran.Iam involved in a vey serious problem and I have since reciting it 3times a day sometimes done during the night.Alhamdulillah,Allah Has since protected me.I
need more prayers from muslim brothers and sisters.

I have been told I should pray the surah yaseen, 7 times
when I come to where it say mubeen, the 1st time, go backand start the surah, keep going till you come to the 7 mubeen, and all you wishs will me expected, I just pray from my heart that my dua is expected. please pray for me everyone. naseem

Inshallah sister Ameen. The surah Yaseen is also good for if you are in need of help in an exam or in any other trouble, you read it and make du’a and inshallah it will be accepted. maryam, sis.
